Q. If I make a mistake on my order can I make a change?

Apologies, not this time! Our team is working swiftly to dispatch your orders as soon as possible and may not have time to cancel or change your order. If you'd like, you can place a separate order for the items you want. Feel free to return any unwanted items for a full refund!

Q. When will I receive my order?

Due to te Christmas closure period, all orders placed will be posted from 02/01/2024.

All NDIS orders made during our Boxing Day sale must be paid for within 7 days due to the substantial discounts on these items.
