Black Friday FAQ's

Why should I sign up to become a VIP

Youโ€™ll score 2 full hours of early access to shop the sale before anyone else, snag your favourites before theyโ€™re gone.

Weโ€™ll also send you reminders and updates so you never miss a thing.

VIP's always get first pick of the rare, exclusive, and best-value deals across the entire event.

How long will shipping take?

Weโ€™re dispatching daily from the Gold Coast, but due to the sale rush, please allow a few extra days for your order to leave our warehouse. Youโ€™ll receive tracking once itโ€™s on the way.

Can I use discount codes during the sale?

All sale prices are already heavily discounted, so additional codes wonโ€™t apply.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Due to the high volume of orders, changes or cancellations arenโ€™t guaranteed once your order is placed โ€” please double-check your cart before checkout.

Will items sell out?

Almost definitely. Popular items (especially branded ones) tend to sell out fast, so itโ€™s best to shop as soon as early access opens.

Will my cart be cleared

Nope! your cart wonโ€™t be cleared!
Go ahead and fill it up now so youโ€™re ready to checkout the second early access opens. First in, first served.
