We will email you an invoice for your records. If you intend to seek NDIS funding, you are responsible for submitting the invoice to your plan manager for consideration.
Once payment has been received, orders are processed and dispatched within 2 to 5 business days.
My Sensory Space is not a registered NDIS provider. We do not guarantee that any product will be approved or funded. Funding decisions are made solely by your plan manager and depend on your individual NDIS plan.

We ship to Australia, New Zealand, the USA, Canada, the UK (excluding Ireland), Germany, Japan, Hong Kong, Singapore, PNG, Qatar, Taiwan, and Thailand. You’ll get a tracking email once your order ships- check your spam folder and make sure your email is correct.
Returns are accepted within 10 days in original, unused condition with tags and packaging intact; store credit is issued unless the item is faulty.
